TIER III · SPECIALIZED COUNSEL

From the architect of the rally interdiction plan personally approved by the President.

End-to-end security planning for events where the threat picture exceeds the venue's normal capacity — campaigns, galas, principal-facing events, and any gathering where public exposure carries non-trivial risk.

A campaign event advance walk-through underway, principal advance and venue security in coordination.
— I.

What this is

Structured planning for events whose security profile exceeds normal venue capacity — high-profile campaigns and political rallies, foundation and donor galas, corporate events featuring public-figure speakers, principal-facing celebrations, and gatherings where known threat actors, public protest, or geopolitical visibility raise the operating bar.

Engagements span the full lifecycle: site assessment and venue selection, staffing model design, heckler and protester interdiction planning, coordination with venue and local law enforcement, principal advance, run-of-show rehearsal, and post-event after-action review.

— II.

Who this serves

Political campaigns operating across multi-state event schedules. Foundations and nonprofits hosting public-figure speakers or donor events at scale. Corporate events featuring high-profile principals, geopolitically sensitive speakers, or product launches that warrant unusual attention. Religious and institutional gatherings with security profiles that exceed in-house capability.

Engagements are scoped per event or as a recurring engagement across a campaign cycle, season, or institutional calendar.

The qualification

As Vice President for Security, Design and Compliance at Colorado Security Agency, Mr. Deetz designed, recruited for, and managed the heckler and protester interdiction plan for U.S. Presidential political rallies during the 2020 campaign cycle. The plan resulted in the complete elimination of aggravated assaults inside campaign venues. The concept of operations was personally approved by the President of the United States.
